I would like to thank you for the wonderful and informative outing last summer. My son and I had a great time and learned a lot of useful information in the process. My favorite plants were the Black Mustard, which tasted like Horseradish, and the Choke Cherries. When you say the best tasting plants, you aren't kidding. The Rose Hips weren't bad either, and as you said, they're one of the best sources of Vitamin C around.
I had no idea prior to taking the course that there were such pleasant tasting alternatives in the wild for the taking. I'm looking forward to attending another course this year, and this time with my whole family. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and your time to make this possible. As for me, I had a great time and I'll let my son speak for himself.
